Overview
heartfocus.ai is the HeartFocus website. ActiveSet built it in Webflow in 2024 and has added pages and updates whenever the HeartFocus team asks. This page covers the website work only.
Where they started
In April 2024 HeartFocus asked ActiveSet to build its new website in Webflow. The designs were Figma files from HeartFocus's design agency.

What we built, year by year
Grouped by year and cut to the main items.
Built heartfocus.ai in Webflow with the CMS, forms, analytics and SEO setup, and the domain connection. Moved the project into HeartFocus's own Webflow workspace, wrote an editor guide, and launched the site on 22 May 2024.
A launch page for HeartFocus Education, user manual pages driven by the CMS, a tutorial page, an FAQ page, and legal and portal terms pages.
A footer redesign and a News page with a CMS-driven “As seen in” block (February to April), then updates across the Education, Primary care, Product, Partners and Home pages (July to August).
White papers and publications pages (January), a POCUS certification page, a product page and FAQ page for HeartFocus Link, a software licence agreement page (March to August), and a DICOM server configuration resource page (September).

How the work runs
Requests as they come up
HeartFocus sends requests as they come up, and ActiveSet builds each page or change in HeartFocus's Webflow site. Recent pages, such as the HeartFocus Link FAQ page, were approved by the HeartFocus team before they went to production.
HeartFocus's own workspace
The site sits in HeartFocus's own Webflow workspace, and the editor guide written at launch lets the team edit pages and CMS content themselves.
Client-First builds
Builds follow Finsweet's Client-First naming system, with the style guide set up first and reusable components. The Client-First class names are visible in heartfocus.ai's live HTML.
As of October 2026 the work is ongoing. See the live site: heartfocus.ai.
