Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services bought from ACTIVESET TECHNOLOGIES (“ActiveSet”, “we”, “us”). Each project is set out in a written proposal or agreement that states the scope, price, payment schedule and milestones. Where the signed agreement for your project says something different from this page, the agreement applies. Effective date: 15 October 2026.
Cancelling a project
You can cancel a project at any time by emailing rehan@activeset.co. The cancellation takes effect on the day we receive your email. You pay for the work completed up to that day, as set out in your agreement, and we hand over that work to you.
When a refund applies
- We did not provide the service as described in your agreement.
- We could not deliver the service for reasons on our side.
- You paid in advance for work that had not started when you cancelled.
To ask for a refund, email rehan@activeset.co within 30 days of the payment or milestone concerned, with your invoice number and the reason.
Partial refunds
If a service was partly completed, we refund the share of the payment that covers the work not done.
What is not refundable
- Work that has been fully delivered and accepted.
- Third-party costs paid on your behalf, such as Webflow plans, domains, fonts or software licences. These follow the provider's own refund terms.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show the amount.
Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes or government action.
Law and disputes
This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. The courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to it.
