Overview
Privado describes its product as AI privacy automation software. ActiveSet has worked on privado.ai with Privado's team since May 2022: we rebuilt the site in Webflow, then kept adding pages and CMS templates.
Where they started
In May 2022 Privado brought ActiveSet in to rebuild privado.ai in Webflow. The designs came from Privado's own team.
The first release covered the style guide, the pages for Privado's new brand, a new blog and blog post template, and redesigned Home and Use Cases pages.

What we built, year by year
Grouped by year and cut to the main items.
Launched the rebuilt privado.ai in Webflow in June, then added glossary listing and detail templates to the Webflow CMS in November.
A campaign site with its own CMS profile template (January), then a customer page, ebook and event pages, and CMS templates for upcoming and on-demand webinars with HubSpot forms (March to December).
Product pages for Data Governance (April), Data Mapping (August) and Consent Compliance (September), and an event page for Privado's privacy summit (December).
New Home and Platform pages (March) and a new homepage (September), plus a blog redesign.
A multi-author blog, event landing pages and a schema field in the CMS.

How the work runs
Privado's own workspace
The site sits in Privado's own Webflow workspace, so Privado's team can edit pages and CMS content themselves.
Requests through Slack
New pages, templates and changes come to ActiveSet through a shared Slack channel.
Client-First builds
Builds follow Finsweet's Client-First naming system, with the style guide set up first and reusable components, so more than one developer can work on the site. The Client-First class names are visible in privado.ai's live HTML.
As of October 2026 the work is ongoing. See the live site: privado.ai.
